Welcome to the Titan family. We, in the Customer Service Department, would like to help make the time spent in your new home enjoyable. We are available Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am until 2:30 pm. If an emergency should occur after hours, please contact the subcontractors on the list given to you at closing.

Here are a few helpful tips and reminders:

  • Reseal your concrete each year - this will help in maintaining the surface finish.
  • Seal your brick after the first year.
  • Change the batteries in your smoke detectors twice a year.
  • The wire shelving will hold 30 pounds per foot.
  • All caulking, including counter tops and tubs, are the owner's responsibility.
  • Change your furnace filter once a month.
  • Know where your electric panel and water shut off are located in case of an emergency.
  • Hardwood floors are a HARD surface, but they will scratch and dent. Keep shoes in good repair, making sure the protective cap is in place and not exposing the fastening nails.
  • Do not drag your furniture across the hardwood floors; this will scratch and dent your floors.
