I have experienced Halloween in Charlestowne Community and realize there is plenty of activity.  Our neighborhood really enjoys the festivities with decorations, music, fire pits, and plenty of laughter. 
As you decorate your new home, remember to have a clear path for the little goblins.  Lit flames should be secured and contained not to fall over or brush against costumes.

We are new homeowners in Charlestowne Subdivision. Our builder was Titan Homes.
Throughout the building process, the Titan employees and administrators were helpful and accommodating. They dealt with any issues that arose in a timely and professional fashion. After we moved into our new home, that practice has continued. Our questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely fashion.

We also love the location of our home. We have quick access to highways. There are many restaurants and business (tanning, physical fitness, banks, etc.) located nearby. Our neighbors are very nice as well. We have and continue to enjoy our Charlestowne experience.

Hello, I just want to say that I currently own a Titan home and I have seen other models. I have to say that there is no other builder in St. Charles who builds quality homes like Titan. Your design team is so unbelievable. It is so delightful for me to walk into every one of your model homes from the least to the greatest. I have never ever seen superior design and coloring from any other builder's design center. My next home will be another Titan Home.

Throughout the construction process your superintendent was always willing to meet with us to discuss details and finalize selections in a timely manner, so we were able to close exactly on the targeted date. We are also extremely pleased to find out that there were no hidden costs or other expenses due at closing. Everything went exactly as we had planned and came in exactly on budget.

For several years we had been looking for a stylish home in our school district that met our family needs. While we would find homes that met our needs, we were failing to find one that we felt was a good value for the dollar. We had given up and resigned ourselves to staying put. Then one day with no intention of purchasing we visited the Titan Vineyard display home in Charlestowne. Our thoughts were "Wow! What a smart floor plan."

After some time had passed we discussed some of the great features of the home. We decided to return for another look. We spent time talking to the cheerful Titan sales representative and she told us, if she could, she would build a Grove. We looked the plan over and we agreed it looked like a great plan. Having grown up in Missouri we both needed to see one to be convinced it was a great plan. The Sales Representative arranged for us to view one at another community. Even though we made it well known we were interested in building in Charlestowne, the staff in the other community was very friendly to us and took us through the Grove. After two visits to the Grove in the other community and a considerable amount of thought, we decided building a Grove with Titan in Charlestowne was the right thing to do. With the ample sized lots, the smart spacious floor plan of the Grove, numerous standard features and lengthy list of available features there was only price left to question. Some quick research proved to us we would be getting a lot of home with numerous features for a substantial value.

The process of pricing and selecting our additional features was an exciting time. The Sales Representative was very knowledgeable regarding available features and was almost always able to price a request on the spot. The color selection process was incredible. We had many choices in all areas that allowed us to create a home unique to our tastes and within our budget.

Next was our meeting with the construction supervisor, Dave. He took the time to explain the building process and to discuss all the options we wanted in our home. We visited the construction site every day and we were amazed how quickly such a well constructed home could be built. Dave was very quick to respond to any issues we spotted during the building process. The sales representatives were also very helpful during this period at keeping the lines of communication open between Dave and us.

We have now been living in our home for seven months and could not be more pleased with the home. Everyone that walks into our home expresses what a terrific home we have. They love the openness and numerous living spaces.

Our biggest surprise with Titan has been the Customer Service following completion of our home. Claude has been exceptionally responsive in resolving issues to ensure our satisfaction as Titan Homeowners.

Never in our lives did either of us dream we would own such a beautiful home. Thank you Titan, for building our dream home.
